If we miss your call during business hours your call will be returned the same day. We will do our best to accommodate your
schedule during the hours of 8:30 am and 5 pm Monday through Friday by being at your home within a prearranged window of time.

As far as our housekeepers, they will be vetted for honesty and drug abuse. They will be friendly, professional and meticulous in the pursuit of your Green cleaned home.

Your home will look and feel clean without the dangerous toxic residues of traditional household cleaning chemicals. You will be left a customer satisfaction card after every cleaning to let us know that we are meeting our goal of your home being cleaned to both your and our expectations- Green!.

If we have missed something or not cleaned an area to your satisfaction please notify us within 24 hours. We will return with 48 hours to make it right. Retaining our customer's trust and satisfaction is the way we do business, and is our promise for a home cleaned to YOUR satisfaction.
