As a member of Angie's list, I saw an ad for "The Big Deal" which offered 2 hours of cleaning by the Green Clean. I purchased the "coupon", called the Freeport Office and they sent out "Jovanna" (not sure if that's spelled correctly). She cleaned the walls in the living room and the hallway, which are the rooms I couldn't clean as I had injured my shoulder cleaning the other five rooms. Really have nothing to say but WOW! but I will tell more anyway. When I first called, was greeted with complete kindness and courtesy by office staff, and scheduled an appointment with almost no notice. Person who came to clean was professional, so nice, caring, and it was clearly apparent that EVERYONE valued my satisfaction as a customer first and foremost; from start to finish. She did a beautiful job at my rental home in almost no time at all and was shocked at how cheap it was for the work that was completed. I could never have gotten the house looking so beautiful even if with infinite time, and for that alone they are a complete value. I was not even there for the cleaning to request anything additional, and I am still this satisfied. After having my rental home cleaned I called and scheduled a consultation for a regular cleaning of my new home in Land Park. Angela came to my house almost immediately to discuss options and write up a personalized/detailed explanation of everything that would be done as well as all the ins and outs of the entire company and did so in an entirely "non-salesman" approach which I could not appreciate more. Of course I made the decision to set up regular service and could not be more happy. For the money and value alone they are great, and for the customer service and friendliness of everyone they are a GREAT group. Really feel I would not be as happy with anyone else. California Green Clean cleaned most of my home quickly and thoroughly while I was working in my home office. Their cleaning team was courteous and easy to have in my home. I appreciated that they worked independently. After they finished, my home smelling clean without artificial or strong fragrances from other non-green cleaning products. This was an Angie's deal so the price was pre-set. Professional arrived right on time and worked promptly off a priority list that I had established. This was a 3 hour cleaning and I only wanted specific things accomplished. She vacuumed the whole house with her equipment which left the carpet looking better than it did with my Dyson. Her equipment is very quiet. She also mopped the kitchen and bath vinyl and cleaned the tub and shower. Did an outstanding job on getting the fiberglass shower pan clean, much better than I had ever been able to do. Shower pans really never can be cleaned as anyone who has one knows. No product seems to be successful, but S. did a super job. She also dusted as time allowed. S. was an excellent employee, very personable and a hard worker. Cleaner arrived on time and very pleasant. She cleaned two bathrooms (one of them on is rather large), cleaned the master bedroom, vacuumed the upstairs landing and the carpeted stairs. Please note that we don't hand out "Excellent" ratings generally. A "Good" rating from us means that the service is/was very satisfactory. Continuing contract. Hard working and very pleasant to work with. Our individual housecleaner, Luba, has opened her own franchise in our local area, so there has been some need for us to be flexible with the appt times as she gets settled in with her new responsibilities. Fantastic! I hired them for a move out clean for one of my rental properties. They called me back the same day and scheduled a cleaning for the next. The scrubbed the entire house from top to bottom. Wiped out all the shelves, closets and vacuumed all the vents. The tenants left the place pretty bad and when I arrived I could have gone over the place with a white glove! I WOULD recommend them!
