What is my initial investment? You can choose to operate your
California Green Clean® as a home-based or office- based business.
Your total investment will range from $11,250 to $54,000. The actual
cost may be lower depending on equipment you already own. These amounts
include three months of working capital and are described in detail in our
Franchise Disclosure Document. California Green Clean has one of the lowest franchisee fees in the country.
What is my royalty fee for the franchise?
The royalty fee is 5% of gross revenues.
Is there any experience needed to operate a California Green Clean®?
No experience is required. During our
comprehensive training, we will provide you with the knowledge you need
to successfully operate your own business.
Is California Green Clean® really "GREEN"?
YES! California Green Clean® was created
in order to offer ONLY environmentally friendly cleaning services.

Do I have to clean homes myself?
At California Green Clean®, our first
priority is to teach our franchisees how to successfully operate
their business and hire a great cleaning staff. However, you may be
involved as little or as much as you wish!
How much training will I receive?
Your training will consist of an initial 5 days
of instruction at our corporate office. During this time, you will learn
how to hire, train and retain talented staff, our scheduling and
accounting software, daily and weekly operational procedures,
marketing, green product introduction and procurement as well as
equipment maintenance. Know that we will work hard and tirelessly to make sure you are a success. Your success is our success! Further details will be found in our Franchise

What type of facility do I need?
With the flexibility of having a
home-based or office-based business, you will need only 300 to 500
square feet to get started.
Does California Green Clean® provide financing?
No, we do not offer financing, but we offer
you our low franchise fee to minimize your start-up costs.
Will I receive a protected territory?
Yes, each franchise owner is awarded a
protected territory of a population base of up to 200,000 for residential
cleaning. For commercial cleaning, you may solicit and perform services
any where except for pre-existing California Green Clean® accounts.
Do I get support for my franchise after my training is completed?
Yes, we will provide pre-opening and
on-going assistance plus guidance with policies, customer service,
marketing and advertising, and ALL operational issues.
