Online California Green Clean Checklist
In an effort to increase client feedback coupled with reducing our "eco-footprint" we have made the switch to having the Green Clean Checklist available online. This is opposed to leaving a copy in our client's home at the conclusion of every cleaning. We have found, over the past three years, that only a small minority of the check lists were returned to the office. In addition to the check list, we have a short and simple online feedback form.
You are invited to print the online checklist and fill it out. If there are any areas of concerns please either email or call your local office. Please note that we will call all of our new and one time client's after the first visit to ensure satisfaction with our service. Of course, phone calls are and will remain an integral part of communication.
